*Only $7.50 flat charge on Ground orders less than $200



Return Procedure:


Returning a defective product should never be a hassle so we try to make it simple. If any of our items do not perform to your satisfaction all you have to do is complete our Return Authorization (RA) Form and return it to Copy Technologies via fax or e-mail. Please indicate the number of UPS return labels you will need at the bottom of the RA form. The UPS return label(s) will be sent via e-mail or fax within 2 business days of request. The RA number for the return will be listed in the description area on the bottom of the return label(s). You can expect a credit for defective items within 15 business days of receipt.

Order Placement Details/Shipping:

Minimum order is $50.00. A $3.00 small order fee will apply on orders less than $50.00. The $3.00 small order fee will be waived for orders placed online. Payment terms are Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), and Net 30 terms upon credit approval by Copy Technologies, Inc. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Free UPS Ground shipping will apply for individual orders of $200 or more. A $6.50 flat charge will apply on Ground orders less than $200. Orders required for delivery within 2 days will ship UPS 2nd Day Air and charged at UPS Ground rates (incentive does not apply for individual orders exceeding 50 lbs). Shipping incentives will not apply for discounted orders. All shipping policies and incentives are subject to change without notice.


Return Policy/RA Procedure:

Returns will only be authorized for items returned within 6 months of original purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all unopened return items. Credit will not be given for unopened items returned with packaging flaws or damage such as marks, stickers, labels, etc. Defective returns must be authorized by Copy Technologies, Inc. in advance and an RA form listing the defective return item(s) must be completed and faxed to 404-696-5415. Credit will be given upon inspection. Credit will not be given for items inspected at 50% or more usage or for any items not originally purchased from Copy Technologies, Inc.


Shortages and Damage in Transit:

All shortages must be reported to Copy Technologies, Inc. within 10 business days of delivery. Any damaged merchandise delivered via UPS must be reported to Copy Technologies, Inc. within 48 hours of delivery. We will determine if a UPS inspection of the damaged merchandise is required. If damage to merchandise occurs while in transit with a trucking company, upon delivery a notation of damaged merchandise must be made on the bill of lading. We will not be responsible for damage claims not noted on the bill of lading.


Product Guarantee/Warranty:
Copy Technologies, Inc. warrants that all items sold will be free of material defects and defects in workmanship for the usable and recommended yield life of the product. Copy Technologies, Inc. also warrants that our products will not directly damage any equipment in which it is used nor cause any excessive wear and tear to equipment parts or components other than what is considered standard wear and tear. Copy Technologies, Inc. will not be responsible for the improper use and or installation of its products and the potential resulting damage and maintenance required to repair such damage. If an item is upon inspection found to be defective we will issue the appropriate credit.
